Product Decorating
Innotech has been pushing the boundaries of product printing and decorating for many years. We are always searching for the most innovative printing solutions; staying at the leading edge of printing technology and techniques. We utilize both standard and custom-built state of the art printing equipment. Utilizing different inks and printing techniques, we can determine the best printing solutions that offer the highest quality, aesthetics, and durability for our customers and partners.
Our printing department uses direct to substrate printing, which can be done on flat, and many three-dimensional objects. We work with our customers on fabrications at both large and small scales to facilitate optimal production.
Our printers use UV curable inks in full C,M,Y,K, White, and Clear, while our operators create custom-fit fixtures to enable printing on objects of virtually any shape.
Direct to Substrate UV Printing
Our UV printers are ideal for print projects of all shapes, sizes, and capacities. The process works by a laser-guided carriage passing over a substrate and laying down white, clear, and full-color inks in any specified succession; the carriage is equipped with one or more UV lights that cure the ink after each pass. Our inks produce the brightest white, darkest black, and most vivid colors. This process is versatile and allows for durable, permanent coverage of virtually any substrate, including:
- Plastics
- Metal
- Glass
- Stone
- Wood
- Drinkware
- Medical Instruments
- Industrial Equipment
- Fabricated Enclosures
- Audio Equipment
- Instrument Panels
- And more!
Cylindrical Printing
With rotary and custom-built stationary fixtures, Innotech’s print technicians can print anything from a small logo to a large graphic that wraps around a substrate’s curved surface. We can print on virtually any cylindrical object, including:
- Bottles
- Tumblers
- Growlers
- Glasses
- Tubes
- And more!
Industrial Printing
Our industrial printing capabilities create a permanent, durable option for printing on rigid substrates like metals, acrylics and ceramic. Our printers create crisp lines and clean text, in bright white, black, full color, and clear. These printing techniques are ideally utilized for everything from instrument panels, electronic enclosures, audio instruments, and more. Our UV LED printers cure instantly and provide superior longevity both indoors and out, resisting UV light damage and wear and tear.
These applications are perfect for:
- Dial faces
- Electrical Enclosures
- Serialization
- Industrial labels
- Barcoding
- QR coding
Promotional Printing
Whatever you’re promoting, we can print your design or logo large or small, and at any capacity production. Stand out with custom promotions on almost any item you can think of, including:
- Bottles
- Tumblers
- Cups
- Speakers
- Headphones
Textured Printing
Similar to printing braille, our UV printers can print in a multitude of textures. This technique is great for any effect from the highly textured look of an oil painting, to the raised tile look of mosaics. We communicate through our RIP software the extent to which each element is raised, and the printer cures the ink in varying-depths in a single pass. This technique is an eye-catching, and impressive way to set your prints apart from the crowd.
Ecofriendly Ink / Minimal ink waste
At Innotech, our customers’, partners’, employees and planet’s health and safety are our top priorities. To ensure that end, we remain compliant with all EU standards. When it comes to inks, we only accept the highest caliber, up-to-date inks that comply with the highest safety standards in the world.
EU directive 2015/863, also known as Restriction of Hazardous Substances, or RoHS3, is the most up to date directive and includes phthalates in the list of banned substances. According to the CDC, “phthalates are a group of chemicals used to make plastics more flexible and harder to break. They are often called plasticizers.”
We are happy to report that all of our inks are up to date to fully comply with these standards.
