Rotary table systems allow operators to load one side of the processing table while the other is under the laser. This configuration speeds up production rates and reduces laser downtime because of manual part loading. Custom designs with more than 4-position tables will allow greater processing possibilities, such as pre- and post-process vision inspection.
This laser system design is configurable for any type of laser application—marking, cutting, drilling, and welding.
The laser source is chosen by CMS Laser’s applications lab through a free in-house sample testing study to determine the best laser and optics for the given material. CMS Laser’s engineers will work with you to develop the process and decide on additional components needed.
